This workshop is designed to cultivate a safe space for self exploration and expression as participants reflect upon what it means to live their lives mindfully. Over the course of the workshop we will discuss the basic principles of mindful self-awareness and explore the connections between our thoughts, words, and actions as we develop personalized self care plans. 

Workshop facilitators guide participants through various meditations, arts activities, and mindfulness exercises as a means of providing tangible tools that can be used after the workshop concludes. The workshop culminates with each participant creating their own personal mindfulness action plan to assist them in deepening their practice of mindful living.
